Preparation Guidelines
- Submission Required: PPT Slides (*Please use PPT template distributed by ICoLA 2024 Secretariat.)
- PPT Template: The file will be distributed within Abstract Acceptance Notification.
- PPT Slides Submission: Please visit on-site Preview Room at least 1 hour before the session starts.
- Important Notes
1. Please write the contents in English.
2. You can use the presenter tool mode, so if you need, please edit your presentation scripts into PPT slides.
3. Please adhere to the allotted presentation time. The exact allotted time, including Q&A time, will be individually notified in the future when notification of abstract acceptance is announced.
4. As instructed above, please visit the preview room at least 1 hour before the session starts to submit materials. Please bring the materials in USB, either in your inbox of e-mail.
5. If you wish to submit presentation materials in advance, please contact the ICoLA 2024 Secretariat by e-mail (icola2024@planbear.co.kr). However, please be sure to review the pre-submitted materials in Preview Room before your presentation and participate in the presentation.
