Professor Nor Ashikin Binti Md Sari (Universiti Malaya, Malaysia) will present the latest updates on coronary artery calcium (CAC) scoring and its clinical relevance. Professor Jun Hwa Hong (Eulji University, Republic of Korea) will delve into the role of carotid ultrasonography in the primary prevention of cardiovascular disease, highlighting its utility in early detection. Lastly, Professor Hack-Lyoung Kim (Seoul National University, Republic of Korea) will discuss the clinical usefulness of brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV) for cardiovascular risk prediction in Asian populations.
